Trying to add new facilities leads to crashes

I have been trying to buy various new facilities (such as the warehouse, wet bar, etc.). When I do, the game immediately crashes, giving me a blank white screen that just says "Facebook" on it. This is different from the usual problem I have, in which about 60-70% of the commands I enter don't show the result of the action (say, finding out whether a piece of espionage has worked) and kick me on to the home page without telling me the outcome (other than updating the intelligence and energy counts). Someone apparently needs to go cut a padlock on the realtor's door that is selling the new facilities...

Hi Again,
I'm sorry we're having technical difficulties with the game. We have quite a few kinks to work out and we are switching technical people. We are trying to get things worked out over the next few weeks. Thanks for your patience.

It's good to hear that you know there are things to be worked on. The game itself is fantastic and imaginative, but the technical issues with it right now make it very, very frustrating to play. As I said earlier, a majority of the time, I don't get the screen I am supposed to get when I hit a button. But, I'm sticking with you!
Cliff Stone, over and out.

Just so you know, this issue is still a problem. Any effort to obtain new facilities crashes the program into a blank white screen.
