Picking targets from the list in Operations

This isn't so much of a bug as a strategy tip for other players. You've got three ways of picking targets to attack in Operations: you can retaliate if you've been attacked, you can attack someone you have attacked before in your Target history, or pick one from the opening screen in Operations. Since the site is still wonky, I usually pick someone off that page (since clicking on Target History often does not work). So, I tried a short cut to attacking people in my Target History on whom I had already done surveillance (so as to get the 24 hours benefits)when I saw one of those agents in the Target List. Unfortunately, when you attack a such a target through the Target List instead of Target History, you do NOT get any of the benefits you would if you attack them through Target History. Personally, as the game gets more advances, I think it would be nice to attack a target again directly from where they are listed on the home page from previous attacks.
