in this rank there isnt surveillance missions and bonus double rewards...
another thing, the consumable item to do complex missions is not deleted x2 usually, if u have less than 2 the system dont let u do the mission but if u have 2 or more only one is deleted, i think... this issue is in all ranks with 2 items needed, in the rank with 3 items needed seems to work ok...
